Residential Window Cleaning

Before any work is done or even scheduled, an estimate will be done in person. We would like to see the property first-hand and physically know what it is that we may be woking on. All of this can be done from the outside of the house, we do not need to go inside. You do not have to be there but we would love it if you were, simply for no other reason than to meet you in person. If we cannot meet in person, that is fine but we would prefer it, as the first impression is crucial. Your choice to hire us may give us the job, but earning your trust will allow us to keep it. 

Our residential window cleaning service is the epitome of detail. Safely and surely we will go the distance to figure out the best way to clean not only your windows, but whatever type of glass you are looking to have cleaned. If you are having your windows professionally cleaned, (especially for the first time) we will always recommend that you have both the interior and the exterior of your windows cleaned so you can clearly see what it is that you are paying for.

As part of our typical window cleaning service, we will always remove your screens, clean your exterior frames, clean your sill and the bottom of your window track. We do offer individual screen cleaning services as well, but there is an additional charge. If your windows have hard water spots or any type of film, we will let you know first. As a typical window clean may not remove what is on the glass itself, so a different technique or chemical application may need to be used. Just as in the last ten years we have seen the addition of vinyl (2-5 piece) windows used a lot for sun porches, 4-Season rooms and side rooms. These vinyl windows can be cleaned but they are different form glass obviously so different cleaning tools and a different cleaning solution has to be used. If you have these type of windows or there is anything that you are concerned about just ask or bring it to our attention. 

We also offer “Emergency cleans.” This refers to those last minute details when you decide that your entire house or a certain area should be cleaned for an event that you are hosting or any reason that you may need something done at the last minute. Also in the unfortunate cases of nature making a “mess” in a myriad of ways to either the windows or to your house itself we are here to help.  

Another reason we get these kind of calls is when a customer is selling a house or they are staging a house for a possible upcoming sale. Clean windows can make a huge difference in the details and the look of any structure that has windows. Clean glass, is clear glass. And clear glass is our middle name.
